Albi has spent three decades building and leading businesses across international markets. His career spans Türkiye, North Africa and Iberia, where he has held senior leadership roles at global brands, carried full country-level P&L responsibility, and led multi-store retail networks with teams of several hundred people. He has taken brands from first market entry to profitable, self-sustaining operations — negotiating with landlords, regulators and partners along the way. In 2025 he founded Muaraf Consulting in Lisbon to bring that operational discipline to relocation and market entry. The result is a distinctive way of working: strategy before paperwork, and every decision made with the years after the visa in mind.
