Darío Cerisole is an immigration lawyer admitted to the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). He describes his work as international mobility: helping people and companies move to Spain with the right permit, in the right order.
He studied law at the University of Barcelona, where he also completed the master’s degree required for admission to the bar. In 2015 he founded his own practice, DC Legales, dedicated to immigration law and international mobility. In early 2020 he co-founded ILLAY Legal with Marc Pairó. As founding partner and managing director, he has built the firm into a team of more than twenty professionals from fifteen countries. It has offices in Barcelona and Madrid and serves clients in more than ten languages, among them Turkish.
His focus is on files where immigration meets business:
- Business immigration: permits for entrepreneurs, company owners and the managers they bring to Spain, including branch set-up and intra-company transfers.
- Highly qualified professionals: permits under the Spanish entrepreneurs’ law, and changes of status for people already living in Spain.
- Student mobility: study permits and the move from studies to work or self-employment.
Darío works in Spanish, English and Catalan. For LAVCOM clients, he is the lawyer behind the files where immigration, company structure and tax have to fit together.
