Yeliz Ertekin is the co-founder and managing director of Miami Emlak (Xuma Miami), the Ertekin family’s real estate and relocation firm in South Florida, which she founded with Selçuk Ertekin. The family has worked in Miami real estate since 2010.
She leads the part of the move that starts after the purchase: handing over the property on day one, settling the family in, and school enrolment together with the family team — down to utilities and internet, furniture and finding local services such as doctors. For owners who live abroad, she runs property management around the clock, covering tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance, HOA correspondence and year-end statements.
