Yener Atakan is the founder and CEO of BOLD Realty, a brokerage within the Keller Williams network, one of the largest real estate franchises in the world. He studied international relations at Bilkent University and completed the Financial Management programme at Boğaziçi University. He spent almost two decades in the pharmaceutical industry at Lundbeck, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline and Allergan, in sales and marketing management, business-unit leadership and board membership roles. He joined Keller Williams in 2018, first as team leader and from 2022 as CEO of the KW Platin&Karma real estate group in Istanbul. He founded BOLD Realty in 2021. Today, from Lisbon and Istanbul, he advises on residential, investment and commercial property across the Iberian Peninsula and Greece, in other European markets including Italy, Germany and Montenegro, and in international markets such as the USA, the UK and the UAE.
For LAVCOM Partners clients, Yener’s first focus is the property side of the Greek Golden Visa process. He also advises clients who want to invest in real estate in Portugal, Spain and the other markets where he works.
